Having kept five campuses of the MS University of Baroda
absolutely rabies free and with zero dog population growth for two decades at a
stretch, Mrs. Hansa Roy has requested the Vice Chancellor of the MS University of Baroda
to choose compassion over hatred and promote mutual peaceful coexistence across
all its campuses.
Infact, the population is on the decline as so
many of these dogs have crossed over while others have aged. These dogs live in
sync and in harmony with the staff and the students.
Several educational institutions across India have
chosen compassion over senseless hate. I sincerely hope the MS University also
sets a compassionate example for other educational institutions in India to
follow.
